Tonight's UFC 306 pay-per-view takes place at the Sphere in Las Vegas, featuring a high-stakes lineup with two major title fights. The main event sees UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley defending his title against the No. 1 ranked contender, Merab Dvalishvili. In the co-main event, women’s flyweight champion Alexa Grasso squares off against former champion Valentina Shevchenko in their third encounter.

The main card for UFC 306 will stream live on ESPN+ PPV, following preliminary bouts on ESPNews and early prelims on ESPN+.

O'Malley claimed the bantamweight title in August 2023 with a TKO victory over Dvalishvili’s teammate, Aljamain Sterling, and successfully defended it in March with a dominant decision win against Marlon “Chito” Vera. Dvalishvili, who is coming off a February decision win over former two-division champion Henry Cejudo, is ranked as the top contender in the bantamweight division.

Grasso ended Shevchenko’s reign as women’s flyweight champion in March 2023 with a submission victory, marking Shevchenko's first career loss by submission. They met again in a September rematch, which ended in a split draw. Shevchenko enters tonight’s fight as the top-ranked contender in the flyweight division.

Additionally, a bout that was initially scheduled as the co-main event for UFC 303 will take place tonight. In this featherweight matchup, No. 3 ranked Brian Ortega faces No. 13 Diego Lopes. Ortega, a former two-time featherweight title challenger, was removed from UFC 303 on fight day due to illness. Lopes, who stepped in on short notice, secured a unanimous decision win over Dan Ige at a catchweight of 165 pounds.

The UFC 306 fight card opens with a bantamweight clash between Raul Rosas Jr. and Aoriqileng. Rosas is the heavy favorite at -950, while Aoriqileng comes in as the +650 underdog.
